A Very Morgenthaler Eggnog

I know it's not Christmas yet, but why wait to savor this delicious Eggnog courtesy of cocktail Guru, Jeff Morgenthaler.
As the temperature is plummeting by the day here in SoMd, I didn't need much of an excuse to make this for a fireside cocktail gathering down at the beach this evening.
This is not one of those you-need-a -spoon-to-eat-it Eggnogs, it is rich and creamy a very "drinkable".

Made with my favourite Plantation Pineapple Rum (yes, Pineapple), Rémy Martin VSOP (all I had in the cabinet), and local farm fresh eggs.
Ingredients
2 eggs
3oz extra fine or castor sugar
2oz Spiced Rum (or whatever you have)
2oz Brandy
6oz Whole Milk
4oz Whipping Cream
Nutmeg to sprinkle
Blend the eggs for one minute.
Slowly add sugar and blend for another minute
With blender still running add Rum, Brandy, Milk and Cream until well mixed.
Pour and garnish with a pinch of powdered nutmeg
