Braised Greens with Mint Yogurt

From Ottolenghi's "Flavour" we used our home grown dill and Sassafras Creek Farm Blue Kale to put this together last night while I made the Spicy Portobello Steaks with butter bean mash. This time I used dried butter beans (Lima) instead of fresh frozen Lima Beans. I think they were both good options as I can't get the jarred butter beans locally.

It's the third recipe down. You can substitute the Cavolo Nero for kale, chard or any other tough winter green.
