Bucatini Amatriciana

Our all time favorite summer meal comes together with a little Pecorino Romano. The concentrated spicy and peppery tomato sauce with Pancetta is soooo flavourful. I am willing to try with turkey bacon for an alpha-gal version or just omit the meat altogether for a plain on spicy tomato sauce!
