Citroën 75

As if the French 75 wasn't fantastic enough, the Citroën 75 takes it to another level.

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 St. Germain or other Elderflower liqueur

1 oz lemon juice

1 tsp 1:1 simple syrup or blue agave

3 oz champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Crémant or sparkling wine

A twist of peeled lemon zest

Shake first four ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine and add a twist of lemon.
