I have been using this recipe ever since it appeared in Saveur Magazine in 2008!
I usually use cod and smoked white fish but have been known to throw salmon in the mix as well.
Instead of making the mashed potatoes, I just repurposed the lime and coconut potatoes from Saturday night! So it wasn't quite as pretty, but it sure was tasty. The peas are my add!
