Ice & Fire

2 1/2 oz Bourbon

1/2 oz simple or agave syrup

1/2 oz Fernet Branca

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

An orange twist

Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir.

Strain over fresh ice into a chilled glass.

Express oils from orange twist over a flame and into the cocktail! good luck with that, it never works for me 😂

If you have a smoker, smoke the glass!
