José Andres' Tomato Tart

From José Andres' "Vegetables Unleashed", blanched, skinned and marinated tomatoes atop a golden puff pastry. Misleadingly simple but when you marinate the tomatoes in a garlic-thyme dressing and bake them in the oven, wondrous flavours emerge.

Not wanting to plagiarize or infringe on copyrights, I'll direct you here for the recipe.

For this one I added José's Sofrito to the base, just for the love of it ♥️
