Couldn't pass up the King Crab at our local fish counter the other day..
I can't recall the last time we indulged. Steamed and dipped in a little Beurre Blanc Sauce, served with a Sassafras Creek Farm Arugula salad for a light (ish) dinner 🦀🦀🦀.
In hindsight, I should have added something in the photo to give the scale of the beast! For reference, the platter is 18 inches in diameter!
