My sous-chef took over the kitchen last night, which was a lovely reprieve for me AND he didn't even make me his sous-sous-chef.
He tells me he added a little Worcester sauce and mint sauce to the veg to give it a little extra zing. He also substituted peas for corn. Make it vegan/alpha gal friendly with vegan butter or olive oil added to the cauliflower-potato mix.
