Penny's Alla Vodka

About the only thing I adapted from the Barefoot Contessa's Penne Alla Vodka, was the name 😂.

Everybody loves pasta in a rich creamy sauce, and this recipe doesn't disappoint. I didn't have any plain vodka so I used my Dogfish Head Lemon & Peppercorn vodka with a splash of very spicy Mango Habañero vodka 🥴.

I made the full recipe for 4 servings, using two 28oz cans of San Marzanos. Between the two of us we used about 1/4 of the sauce, so there's tons of leftovers.
