One of my all time favorites from David Lebovitz.
2oz Gin
3/4 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Put all ingredients into an ice shaker, fill halfway with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
Pour into a chilled coupe glass with, or without, ice and enjoy.

After making the rosemary simple syrup according to the recipe, I transferred it to my Port Hole Infuser by Crucial Detail. I use organic raw cane sugar so the simple syrup is golden brown.
