I recently went all the way up to Oficina in DC for their Bolognese sauce. Perhaps I'm biased but I think mine is every bit as good. Pretty much unmodified from Marcella Hazan's recipe that I've been making for decades, except for the occasional addition of some spicy hot Italian sausage!
Can be made alpha-gal or vegan with ground turkey or TVP
