Chorizos with Piquillos & Caramelized Onions

Feeling like we had our fill of greens for lunch yesterday, we continued with our Spanish themed holiday season and treated ourselves to some very tasty chorizitos from Despaña in NYC.
Sautéed up with piquillos (from Harris Teeter), red onions, paprika, lots of garlic and a splash of Sherry (thinking fresh sourdough mop up here!)

Served with a chilled Madeira
