So happy to have the new Ottolenghi Cookbook. I'm going to start with the spicy mushroom Lasagna, and go from there. After the Pork Belly, Bolognese and Prime Rib posts, it'll be nice to focus on some vegetarian dishes!
And yes, for those across the pond, they purposely misspelt Flavor (I blame Webster)
