Kale Chips

Craving greens for lunch yesterday I made Kale Chips using Sassafras Creek Blue Lacinato Kale rubbed all over with the left over Chile Butter from the Roasted Cauliflower post the other day. Or you can just use a little olive oil and Siracha, or hot sauce of your choice. Just bake on 350°F until nice and crispy, stirring very once in a while. Great superfood, high fiber snack with lots of Vitamin A, C & K (for Kale 🤔?)
Here's the "before" photo, unfortunately, the cooked, crispy chips disappeared so quickly, there's no photographic evidence.
