....and keeping it real simple with Sassafras Creek Farm Carrots and Potatoes and Swamp Fox Farm Chicken. All roasted together for 3hrs in a 300 degree oven. I wasn't going to post this so the photo is not very good but I just wanted to acknowledge the local bounty that abounds in SoMd. We have no need to buy meat at a supermarket, EVER. Well, except 🦆
