Mince Pies for Jenny B

I thought Jenny B would appreciate these today, so I set to work to make some for her using Jamie Oliver's recipe (to keep it all in the English family 🇬🇧).

I have just started watching the Great British Baking Show (starting with Season 7). As my own severest critic, I know I would have failed the shortcrust challenge today and likely been voted out of the Big Top!

The good thing is, it just makes me want to try it again, and do it better next time.
