An Inauguration Breakfast: Black Bean Breakfast Tacos

OK, so I completely skipped Taco Tuesday, but made up for it by having Taco Monday and Taco Wednesday. But it seemed like a good day to have tacos for a late breakfast while watching a once-every-four-years American tradition, and yes, we did crack open and share a (low test) session IPA.
